This is an unreleased test shot / prototype of a Pursuit of Cobra Firefly v22.  Both heads have a small factory-added indent on the head. Two pistols are missing but otherwise all other accessories are included. The figure and accessories are completely unpainted, and come in great condition, as pictured.
