You are bidding on an incredible Vintage, The Count Dracula Society Membership Application.  This application was for people devoted to serious study of horror films and gothic literature.  It was founded by Dr Donald A. Reed in 1962.  It is an off-white color, printed on heavier paper stock and has wonderful period black graphics. This is NOT a recent photocopy, most likely is an old, mimeographed copy.    It shows some wear from age but has wonderful period graphics.  Very RARE and COOL Item.  Measures about 8-1/2" x 11".
