Asking to cancel after the listing has concluded is really not an option because… Once you have bid then, as per eBay policy, your bid constitutes a binding contract showing intent to purchase and promptly pay (if the listing closes with you as the high-bid winner). IF you have ANY questions or concerns about the item(s) you are intending to bid on then you need to consult with us PRIOR TO BIDDING. We need to have a reasonable chance to correspond with you about your concerns prior to your bid. We will report any post-bid problems to eBay for their review and support. Remember:If you don’t ask to cancel your auction bid then we won’t have to say “No.”

How to pay

Personal Checks

Payment Upon (Local) Pickup | PAYPAL EXPECTED: We ship only to PayPal provided “Confirmed Addresses” To reduce chances of fraud, and protect you, we will ship only to the confirmed addresses as provided by PayPal. Full payment must be received within Three (3) days after the end of auction.
Personal CHECKS:
Prior to bidding (or Buy-It-Now purchase), you must contact us expressing your intent to pay via a personal check. Personal checks must clear our bank before item is shipped. If paid via personal check then shipment WILL BE DELAYED for an indeterminate period of time until our bank confirms the total funds are irreversible. We will ship to the address posted on the personal check and no other. No exceptions.
Full payment must be received within Three (3) days after the end of auction.
LOCAL PICKUP: For local pickup we do accept payments via PayPal or cash only. No checks, credit cards, debit cards, bitcoin or crypto currency accepted. Cash transactions will be performed only during normal business hours. For cash amounts over $99 we will meet at a local bank to exchange funds and product. This reduces concerns related to both the validity of the Payment Upon Pickup cash while providing enhanced security to both the seller and the buyer. Full payment must be received within Three (3) days after the end of auction. Any due refunds will occur only after the item has shipped or has been picked up. Any eBay and/or PayPal (listing, sales, shipping) fees will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Pickup will need to be during daylight business hours only. Buyer will need to bring a correct vehicle for the product they are buying.
For example: It’s not reasonable to try and fit a treadmill atop of a Prius or small SUV. Buyer will need to bring enough help and rope to load and secure the product they are buying. Seller will not assist in lifting or loading.
PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED OR BAD FUNDS: No payment (including bad checks) after 3-days means the auction is concluded and the buyer potentially earns negative feedback. We will report any post-event problems to eBay for their review and support. We then reserve the right to relist the item(s).

When We Ship | We try to ship promptly to the PayPal-provided confirmed address for payments made via PayPal. We will not ship any product until eBay releases the funds to us.
After a buyer pays, eBay will initially show the payment as“Processing.”
Only after eBay shows the funds as“… order is complete and we've made the funds available for payout” will we then arrange to take the product to the shipper.
We use prior eBay feedback and consider the amount of purchase in making any rare exemptions to this issue. We try to usually ship within three-days after a listing ends but, when there are holidays or an unexpected illness (we’re just a mom-and-pop seller), there might be a delay before we can get things to the shipping agency.

Other | Remember:If you don’t ask to cancel your auction bid or your Buy-It-Now button push then we won’t have to say “No.” If you want a shipper different than what we have listed then you must contact us PRIOR TO BIDDING about your desired variance.
After you bid you have confirmed you accept our choice of shipping agency. When we list our items, we always attempt to present them with the most accurate and detailed information available to us at the time of the posting. Seller is not responsible for any errors in the posting.
We try hard to accurately identify and post details as best as we can determine. Unless we claim to be experts at something we cannot vouch for the authenticity, collectability or originality of any particular item or component. We expect to receive the PayPal payment and/or an email confirmation from the buyer within 24-hoursafter the end of auction. This makes us feel good inside and we're inclined to give positive eBay feedback. We're just a mom, pop and family eBay seller here, not a big production.
