Here is a popular IBM Model M Space Saving keyboard, part number 1391471. 

All keycaps are present (including the hard-to-find ones that make up the embedded numeric keypad). Each key responds normally to the touch, with all springs attached as designed.  

This one came to me without a cable, so I tested it with my last good SDL cable (not included here).  The first 4 or 5 keys responded normally, then the next two registered a key I did not press, and very soon no keys registered at all. 

I note some scratches on the bottom, but both feet are there.  Someone started to rub off the label before I purchased it.  I believe the manufacture date is 4-30-1991.
