This 1897 Newfoundland stamp, being a Scott #73 with a denomination of 35 cents, is a beautiful example. With its vibrant red color and depiction of coastal scenery, this stamp is a true representation of the natural beauty of Canada during the Victorian era.

Despite being in use, this stamp is in great shape and does not appear to be canceled at all, except for a couple of extremely faint dark spots only apparent under light and magnification. Since the CV is the same for both used and mint, it doesn'treally matter, although by my thinking in such cases the less visiblethe cancelation the better! Also there is a bit of hinge remnant on back.

No certificate, but any experising done after purchase that shows this stamp to be misidentified or counterfeit will qualify for full refund/return - no matter how long it has been. I will even refund outside of the host selling platform if necessary. I understand that expertising is neither quick nor cheap. It is of paramount importance to me that buyers feel as comfortable with an uncertified purchase as they would with buying a certified stamp.

Offers and questions welcome.
