There may be minor scratches, cracks, erosion or oxidation of beads, crystals, rhinestones, semi-precious stones, gemstones, enamel, coating, or any other decorative elements. And, finally, the item would not have any observable flaws or inconsistencies in its original construction.) Nothing, however, would detract from the beauty of the item or its intended use.

All items are stored in a smoke-free and extremely pet-friendly work site.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We automatically combine shipping for multiple purchases made and paid for before midnight EST on the same day.  (9 PM on the west coast)  To take advantage of this, proceed with purchasing your items, but do not pay for them.  Let us know when you have finished shopping, and we will send you an invoice that includes your reduced shipping charge. 

If you have paid for your item and then decide to make another purchase, just pay for the second item (and its postage and we will refund the difference after we combine the postage.

We package carefully and ship items promptly - always within 1 business day of your payment being received -  and we provide confirmation and tracking numbers so you can see the progress of your package as it travels on its way to you.
