About this guitar:
This guitar came directly from Gretsch to my supplier, it has never been sold retail.  The protective covers are still on the pick guard and the backs of the tuners.  The guitar was inspected and tested by a factory authorized technician.  All electronics are working as designed, the neck is straight and the set up is to factory specs.  When we polished the guitar we did not find any finish blemishes.

When I tested this guitar I just kept playing it, the sound is so great and the action is low and easy!  With the big jumbo body, the Rancher Falcon will fill whatever venue you are playing in with that sweet 12-string sound.

FAQ, frequently asked questions

Why are instruments sent to a refurbisher?  The instrument could be a discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair.

Who refurbishes your instruments?  All of my instruments come from the largest and best refurbisher in the country, where any issue found is corrected by a factory trained and authorized luthier.

Does a refurbished instrument have the manufacturer warranty?  No, any instrument sent to a refurbisher, regardless of the reason it was sent there, no longer carries the manufacturer warranty.

Will I need to set up my instrument when I receive it?  All of my instruments have been set-up before shipping, so most are ready to play out of the box.  However some instruments may need a minor adjustment after shipping due to changes in temperature, humidity, and  getting bumped around during shipping.  Also some players like to set up a new bass to their own personal preferences.

What identifies an instrument as being refurbished?  Most refurbished instruments have a small used stamp on the back of the head stock and are issued a new serial number.  This is to prevent an unethical dealer from concealing the fact that the instrument was sent to a refurbisher.

Unless otherwise stated, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.  Email first for return authorization.  Buyer pays return shipping and insurance.  All items must be in the same condition as when they were sold, and returned in the original packing.
