This German themed wall plate or plaque is made of non-magnetic metal, which would indicate pewter. I can find no maker’s mark.
It is a very attractive display piece, as shown. Diameter is 8”. It’s surface has an attractive reflective gloss, which can be seen in the 2nd photo.
