It was originally sold in the US, and imported to Denmark as a project.

It has been Mot'ed in Denmark and comes with Danish registration documents.

Restored with refurbished or new parts, no corners cut.

Uprated with electronic ignition and voltage regulator.

Importing a historic vehicle, 30 years or more, into the UK qualifies for a VAT reduction of 15%. Meaning that you only pay 5% VAT on the invoiced amount.
If you pay £5000 for an old bike, you will be charged £250 VAT if you import it to the UK.
