This is a new Rapido HO scale undecorated FL9 from Rapido's lastest rebuild release. It comes from the factory with all detail parts, lighting, and comes DCC ready with a factory installed speaker. This is part of an overstock selection I had that was originally to be DCC/sound, however due to the ESU decoder shortage they did not include decoders. The engine is tested and has fully functioning lights. These models make great base projects for whatever prototype you wish to make (i.e. all the Amtrak FL9 variants with different headlight configurations, that Rapido didn't model, lol).
Included in the kit are installable LED ditch lights and HEP receptacles with prototype labeling. already applied. If you want to add sound to these it's as easy as installing a loksound 21 pin decoder, Rapido can send you the sound file to be loaded onto it yourself with a lokprogrammer. Alternatively, if you would like me to assist you with this contact me after the sale and I can include an Rapido FL9 sound decoder with sounds loaded for an additional cost.
