Used copy of Official Final Fantasy VII Strategy Guide by Brady Games. Overall, it is in good condition. All pages are in tact. No tears. Spine is in good condition. The cover has some creases and signs of wear. The lower right corner of cover and pages have a significant creases. Outside of that, I would say it’s a good copy.
