This is a "Double Zero, Mystical Medium" long aqua shift dress.  It has short drop sleeves that are really a wider cut of the upper section of fabric.  

The graceful long length has slits on the side.

The fabric is 82% modal (more absorbent than cotton) and 18% polyester. 

The size is medium.
