Maker: On the reverse of these 4 exquisite salad plates are the green underglaze white ware mark number 12 (1894-1931) and red decorator's mark number 13 (1889-1931) of Haviland, one of the great Limoges firms at the turn of the last century. Together they confirm that the set was produced and decorated by the Haviland factory between 1894 and 1931. Source: third edition of the Collector's Encyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain by Mary Frank Gaston.

Design: The beautiful and apparently rare pattern - called Schleiger 476 - features delicate and finely painted flowers against a background of fine pure white porcelain.

Size: The plates are 8 3/8 inches wide. The set weighs 3 pounds 1 ounce.

Condition: All 4 plates are in excellent condition with no marks, nicks, chips, cracks, stains, discoloration or repairs.

Please check all the photos very carefully - they are an important part of the description.
