Capcom's Rockman X4 Special Limited Pack for the Sega Saturn complete in box with model kit action figure. I am the original owner. 

Box is in great condition for its age but does have a few small creases mostly at the corners. There's also a small crease at the top front middle edge of the box and a longer crease on the right side of the box. See photos for those. The box has been kept in the original plastic bag it came in and the bag still has the price tag on it. Box includes the original inner cardboard to keep the game separated from the model kit figure. 

Game has been tested and is working. Game disc is in good condition but does have some micro scratches on the data side of the disc. Printed side looks great. Jewel case is in good condition with no cracks. English side of the spine is a little faded. 

Instruction manual is in good condition but does have some creases at the spine. Includes registration card. There was no spine card included with this version of the game. 

Figure has been built and is still in good condition. Figure is complete with all parts. This includes his armor, regular right forearm, and extra hands. The stickers have been applied and still look good on the figure.  All the used runners are still included. Original instructions and used sticker sheet also included and everything is in the original baggies.
