Belleek of Ireland - Vase with a scroll pattern, looks like Rathmore, but the pedestal foot is different than what I've seen. Beautifully detailed.

I think this has the 3rd Belleek black mark, from 1926-1946, but I am not an expert!

About 7 inches high.
