Lovely silk picture on the cover of Portmeiron. Portmeiron is a tourist village in Gwynedd, North Wales it was built by Sir Williams-Ellis between 1925 and 1975 in the style of an Italian village, it is now owned by a charitable trust

Cover is certified and guaranteed by Benham stamps.

Limited edition of only 5000 covers, few signed.

This cover has the genuine hand signed signature of Ron Davies AM. He is a Welsh politician, former Secretary of State for Wales, former Member of Parliament and former member of the Welsh Assembly.

He is credited with being the 'architect of devolution' in Wales and led the campaign to create the National Assembly for Wales. He is now a member of Plaid Cymru.
