The last Will and testament and probate certificate of the Reverend Thomas Jackson, Vicar of Waresley in the county of Huntingdon and bachelor in divinity.

The will is dated 11 June 1814, the codicil dated 25 February 1815, and the probate received in December 1815.

The Vicar refers to all his messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments whatsoever with their and every of their appurtenances situated, standing, lying and being at Crosby in the parish of Crosscannonby in the county of Cumberland or elsewhere in the kingdom of Great Britain. He leaves these to his Brother In Law, John Reay and Julia, John’s wife, his sister for and during the term of their natural lives and the life of the longer lived of them.

The probate certificate contains a blind blue duty stamp. The value of the estate is sworn to be under £3000.
