It's the complete POTF2 Wave 1 red-card action figure set. This was the wave that reintroduced SW action figures to the world in 1995, and relaunched the SW merch machine. This includes:

For the variant hunters/completists: The Kenobi, Vader, and Skywalker figures each feature the long light-saber accessory, which was revised to a shorter variant in later releases.

Each figure was purchased in-store & stored out of sunlight in my smoke-free, pet-free home and will come to you loaded into a clamshell ‘Star Case’.  I am a hobbyist, and rather not a professional grader, but in my experience, the individual carded figures and the overall collection are in near-mint condition.
