Near mint cosmetic condition. Black body, 1/10 12K Gold Filled Insignia cap with gold clip and trim. The barrel and section are near mint with no marks. No cracks that I can see.  The cap is near perfect with no dents or dings. Perfect light grey jewel. It is stamped "Parker Made in USA 1/10 12ct Gold Filled". The gold clip is a firm fit and straight.   The 14K nib looks to be in perfect condition. No size marked but it looks like a medium. Dip tested and it writes nicely (see photo of writing sample).  Aerometric filler in excellent cosmetic condition and operates properly when water tested. Parker Polka dot box in perfect condition with instruction leaflet.
