Waist (Unstretched) = 12.5
Waist (Stretched) = 19
Outside leg Length = 8.5
Double the unstretched and stretched measurements to give you the approximate waist measurements when laid flat and when fully stretched.
This is a used item so will show signs of use, anything outside of that will be shown in the photographs, anything of note will be mentioned. See photo of flaw. These are made without lining and a drawstring.
