A gorgeous vintage Victorian ballgown style 1980’s cream satin wedding dress. The dress has full length puff sleeves with faux pearl button trim, appliqué trim to the bodice front which is embellished with frosted sequins & faux pearls, and an A line skirt which falls to a chapel train. The skirt top layer is gathered at the front in Victorian ballgown style with large bows and string pearls at each of the gathers - see photos. The hem is well trimmed with lace. The dress is fully lined.

The dress is shown over a 3 hoop petticoat for illustration purposes and this is not included in the sale. The final two photos show the dress without the hoop.

Condition

The dress is in very good vintage condition with the following faults:-

There are some loose stitches at the top of the zip - see photo.

There is a faint whitish mark on the bodice front - see photo.

There is a soiling mark on the train - see photo.

There are some marks by the buttons on one sleeve - see photo.

One sleeve button is loose - see photo

There may be one or two other minor marks that I have missed.
