Mego 

This is a vintage Mego Incredible Hulk. He is is missing his original pants, but the shorts do harken back to some of his early appearances. The variation in color on the limbs seems to be typical of Mego and the plastic they used. The previous owner apparently wanted Hulk to be a little more bloodthirsty and colored in around his mouth. Hair has some rubs and could definitely use some touching up.
