Approximately 11” of one of the gathered/elastic ends is not gathered or stretchy. See last 2 photos. I can’t tell if it was a manufacturer defect or if something happed. It doesn’t seem like there is elastic in this portion. The elastic that is gathered is good. No stains. Sold from a smoke-free home.
