[Charles 11 — era] vellum manuscript indenture release dated 22nd March 1677 between John Rowse of Trenavesicke in the Parish of St. Blazey in the County of Cornwall [Yeoman] of the one part and Hugh Williams of St. Austell in the County aforesaid [Gentleman] of the other part.

The document relates to the said part or portion of and in the aforesaid messuages tenements and lands with all and singular rights members and appurtenances and reversions and remainder and remainders rents of the same situate lying and being in the village and fields of Trenavesicke in the Parish of St. Blazey in the County of Cornwall.

The indenture has the usual age related folds and creases, some dust soiling in places at the top of the document, and some streaks of faint soiling not affecting the text, document is fully legible and complete with the wax seal intact.
