Great tin litho wind up toy Marx Gi Joe and the K-9 pups.  He has some play wear and needs a good cleaning.  There are visible rust spots on him and his pups.  No Breaks.  He does walk when wound up, but it had been about 50 years since last wound up, so i am sure the gears need some proper cleaning.  He doesn't walk perfectly but with the right cleaning, it would probably help.
