Appointing Sir Charles Farnaby, Baronet, Captain in the Troop of Horse,
"to be raised within the lath of *Sutton-at-Hone and take the same"

Description: 14 x 9.5 inches, on vellum, folded three times to pocket size;
with toning over much of the document, the original red seal is missing;
note two small holes visible from the view verso. The inscription verso is illegible.
