This is a piece of Metlox Made in USA that could be described as a cruet, a mini pitcher or a creamer.
It is in a gorgeous soft coral with a nice sheen to the glaze.

Approximate measurements: 5" tall by 4" wide (including handle)

There are no chips or cracks, and is in very good condition for its age. There is a small spot on the base that appears to be a characteristic of the manufacturing. It was purchased from the estate from a collection of fine California Pottery circa 1930 - 1950.

Metlox was incorporated in the 1930's in Manhattan Beach, CA and the first line of pottery produced, "Poppytrail," became well known for its brightly colored glazes derived from locally mined metallic oxides.
