It is red on the front with a guy talking on a telephone with a cord (old school phone).  It says:  The Most!  Levi's.  It has a red tag out to the side.  It has a zipper on the top with a little leather strap.  The zipper works great.  On the inside of the wallet there is another zippered pocket and 4 card holder slots.  

This is a very rare item...I could only find one other that was like this but with a different design on front.  

It measures about 5 1/4" length and  is about 4" tall.
