Up for sale is a SPLINTER figure from NECA's TMNT Movie (1990) series. This figure was from the "Capture of Splinter" 4-Pack but you are ONLY getting Splinter. He comes with the handcuff and chain -- there were originally 2 handfcuffs attached to the chain, however, one of the handcuffs is lost so what you see is what you get.

Just want to make sure that you're aware.. the dirty look of Splinter's clothing is by NECA design and is this way from packaging and not because the item is filthy. Item was made to look as how Splinter appeared in the 1990 film, captured by Shredder.
