This wonderful skirt is made by GAP Jeans. It is a size 1 with a waist measurement of 28". Waist to hem is about 22" and I am guessing the hip area is about 36". This is just like a sturdy pair of jeans with panels added at the front, back, and sides to make the skirt flare a bit. The denim is medium blue and probably cotton with some elastic material added since it is slightly stretchy.
