The box is open, but I believe this is the mostly if not fully complete. I couldn't find any wooden sprues with parts missing, and even the metal items in the box are sealed. So I believe this is as complete as you'll find on eBay. I have made sure to thoroughly take photos of all parts included in the box. I am not an expert on this item, so please audit yourself and be sure to do your own research!
