The box has been opened and game has been played. The sleeve to the box is missing. The scorpion mask is still sealed inside styro box, never removed. It comes with the authenticity card and steel case. The   game case and disc is in like new condition and the extra content codes that come with the game has not been used. The extra content codes is still active.
