Overall: Lacquer is deteriorated and rusted.

Bell: Some dents and bell flipping.

Rotary: Smooth movement.

Extractor Tube: Smooth movement. There are some dents.

Slide: Moves by gravity, but feels a little stuck. It may be good for rhythmic movements, but fast passages may be stressful. There are discoloration, rust, and dents on the inner tube.
