Project Diva PS3 controller.  bought it a while back to use with an old ps3 that has since uh, expired. it works reasonably well with a PC, though it lacks the slider option of newer Project Diva games. it's basically a big PSX style controller, so it makes a decent option for button based rhythm titles. i just don't use it that often, and i'm looking to pair down a bit.
