Found this at an estate sale.  From what I gather it is a Rare Wizard Cabbage Patch kids Xavier Roberts 1983 Soft Sculptured .  Not sure if this is limited edition as it is not numbered, but there is a signature and 2 tags with Xavier Roberts on those as shown.
