Condition as shown in picture;  I THINK THIS IS 1936 STUDEBAKER MAYBE 1937 BUT I DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE,YOUR CHOICE VIEW PICS YOURSELF.SOLID FOR AGE!!! HAS BLEMISHES, HAS SPECS, BUT OVERALL GOOD SOLID OEM CAST CHROME HEAVY HANDLE, THE STEEL SHAFT AT END HAS A SLIGHT PIECE OF SQUARE STOCK BROKE OFF ON IT. THE HANDLE NEEDS RESTORE AND A WELD DONE ON A 1/4" SQUARE STOCK FOR END OF SHAFT, NO CRACKS OR SPILTS IN CAST HANDLE, ,VERY HARD TO SOURCE THIS STUDE HANDLE. THE ESCUTCHEON ROTATES FINE, BUT IS A LITTLE LOOSE. GOOD MOUNT HOLES,,  VERY SOLID, SEE PICS FOR CONDITION AND APPLICATION.ALL SALES ARE FINAL,NO RETURNS USED AUTO PARTS, SOLD AS IS CONDITION,NO RETURNS. Thanks and Good Luck!...
