Overall fair. Loss of title page. Bound into a larger volume and subsequently disbound, with binding remnants on spine. Chipping and losses to pages around edges and corners, primarily near front and rear. Light markings and marginalia, including inscription on top of title page and instances of highlighting. Text block remains intact with periodic wear. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing.

A scarce English religious piece by Henrie Smith (c. 1550-1591) regarding marriage, with research indicating that this was likely part of a larger work containing close to 300 pages. A wonderful candidate for restoration and preservation.
