Vintage Warn brand spot light.  Stainless steel housing, plated mounts, some rust as shown.  Halogen beam is very bright.  This came my way mounted on the front of either a Velorex or a Spirit Eagle motorcycle sidecar.  It was probably put there in the 1970s or 1980s.
