Multiple use Monfrotto 035 Super Clamps Handy to add a light mount on a light stand, hang a background between two heavy duty stands with the U Hooks and a crossbar.  Clamp is adjustable to attach to various size light stands or wood supports.  Cushioned grips for non-slip surface. 

The U Hooks are handy background holder with the U Hooks.  I have used heavy duty conduit as a crossbar and have also used a Super Clamp and U Hook low on a stand to hang a camera bag or weighted bag to help stabilize the light stand from wind on outdoor shooting assignments.
