This is a new unused item that the disc was taken out of the game box along with all the limited edition content and put into storage while the empty plastic game case was put out on display

When coming to box back up the plastic display case was lost so we have put the game disc in a generic Xbox one game case

As per images the disc is unused, the soundtrack is cellophane sealed and the game add ons are still unused and the book is unused too
