Very unusual heavy brass disc could be shaped like a sack of food? Leather thong hangs down two sides with carnelian squares brass rings and on one side is a Buddha? On the longer side is a key and a sun in brass again among the carnelian stones

Guessing it’s feng shui good Luck for health wealth happiness etc
