Finder: A slight dirt lining horizontally (see the photo), but is almost unnoticeable when you look into the finder. (also see the photo of inside the finder.)   
Lens: A little dust, a little dirt on the edge, not affecting the shooting. No fungus, no fog, no scratch, no separation.

It works properly. Meter, ASA dial, shutter speed,
aperture, aperture ring, film transport/re-winding all work fine. 
The light seal is changed.
