This is one of 3 different commemorative badges that were given to members of the Washington DC Sniper Task Force, which comprised of multiple agencies surrounding Washington DC in 2002.
The badge is very heavy and comes with its own patch. Rare, not seen often.
This has been in my collection for over 20 years!
