This is a rare and collectible signed book titled "For Us, The Living" by Myrlie Evers, a prominent figure in the Civil Rights Movement. She was field secretary to the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). She spoke at Barak Obama's 2nd inauguration. 

Also included are two pamphlets with pictures of Edger and Merlie Evers, and their family.

These were handed out when she had a speaking engagement at a Moorpark High School in California on March 14, 2011

This book is a great addition to any collection because it is inscribed by the author.
