British Royal guard he stands approximately 15 inches and has a male screw on the bottom. I found this guy at an old dinner club's estate sale in the bar area. It mush have had a base that screwed onto the tap. The center screw does move around but could probably be secured with some expanding great stuff or something to put him back to use. Otherwise he's a great display piece! He has a few scuffs to his painted finish please see pictures of his condition. From a smoke free home.
