Offered is a rare LARGE gold beaded flapper purse… Circa 1920s. This originally came from the Paramount Studio lot in Hollywood, CA and was used in an old silent film back in the day. It is heavily beaded and has a very ornate metal top/sturdy clasp. (see photo)… Inside it’s satin lined.

It appears that all beads are intact but a few came loose on the left side when photographing. Not sure why… But there is a lot of beads! It’s also a HEAVY piece and measures 14 inches long.

There is a fancy thin metal drop of 7 inches.

Although it’s in good condition there are also a couple of loose threads at the very top near the metal. Overall it’s over 100 years old, fragile and has very heavy beaded detailing. It’s quite the historical fashion relic.

Given these factors, it’s being sold AS IS.
