The combined shipping rates are calculated using the highest single

and win a card the shipping is $3.95 on that item and you win 2 other cards that usually ship for $0.99 we use the $3.95 + 0.49 + 0.49 for a
total of $4.93 for all 3 items.

will combine the shipping for the $.99
