Description:Offered for auction is a beautiful brooch and screwback earrings set formed of shell. The "flowers" are baby blue shell pieces formed into a floral setting with tiny white/pearl centers fasted on a framework that appears to be a slice of shell. The framework is fastened on a plastic base that holds the shaft, clasp, and safety catch. This delicate, hand made work is seldom found in such good shape because of the fragile nature of the shells. This one is lovely.
Size & Condition:
The brooch is diamond shaped, approximately 1.75 x 1.75 inches. The earrings are approximately 1 inch x 0.75 inches.
The brooch and screwback earrings are in good preowned vintage condition, showing only age-appropriate signs of wear and use. There appear to be no missing stones or shells. See pictures.
