Takahashi P2 Space Guide Vintage Telescope Equatorial Mount up for sale!

This mount works great despite its age of around 30 years. This was bought second hand. Still almost flawless cosmetics even the Wood tripod. No chips found on the metal casing. This mount has a payload capacity of 7kg.

This mount is unique since you can also use this for low latitudes (the counterweight rod can be placed at an angle to prevent hitting the tripod legs)

The Dec head is detachable wherein you can place a fluid head adapter. Dec is a tangential arm type.

Motor works flawlessly and is powered by 4 type C batteries. Battery pack works well. I can include the batteries depending on the rules of your locale if batteries can be shipped. This can also be shipped internationally. Package weighs 14.5kg.

This mount is only a single axis RA drive but can be converted to Onstep if in case you want guiding.
