Good quality bottles, all clean and de-labelled and free from cracks and chips

Because we turnover stock the shade of green may vary from that shown in the pictures.  The colour of any caps may also vary (but will all be the same within each batch)

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase.  However we are happy to accept returns provided we are informed within 30 days of the purchase date and subject to the following provisions:-

(1) The item must be returned in its original packaging

(2) The item must be in a re-saleable condition upon its return

In addition:

(1) Please note that we will only refund reasonable postage costs if your return is due to a fault or mistake on our part. In all other circumstances the original postage cost is non-refundable.

(2) If your return is because the item wasn't suitable or you changed your mind the return postage costs are your responsibility.  Once returned and found to be in a re-saleable condition you will be refunded for its original cost.  The original postage cost is non-refundable.

(3) You will remain responsible for the item until it has been safely received back here and it is therefore recommended that you ensure 'in transit' insurance because confirmation of postage is no guarantee of delivery.

Please note: If the courier has tried to deliver unsuccessfully and you have not contacted him then the package will be returned to us. Under these circumstances you will only be credited with the original item cost, the original postage cost will be lost.
